The Lady Eagles basketball team got off to an exhilarating start against Sterrett in the championship game but also came out a little nervous. The score after one quarter was 13-2, with Michaela Porter and Kennedy Bowens hitting some shots.

Sterrett made an attempt to catch up in the second quarter, but Kennedy continued to dribble past defenders and score big points. The score at halftime was 30-4.

The third quarter wasn’t a great one for Obama and Sterrett was more aggressive than ever.The Lady Eagles held a comfortable 39-15 lead anyway.

Torriana Cash played an overall great game and not only jumped high for rebounds, but made numerous great shots.

The final score was 46-17. Our team has won thier second straight city title and will go into next year with 20 straight wins.
