As the weather (supposedly) warms up, there is always concern about hydration. As popular British YouTubers Danisnotonfire and AmazingPhil put it, “water: it’s important to stay hydrated.” But could it be possible that some people worry too much about the amount of water they consume? The answer is no, one can never be too careful about the amount of water that they drink. It’s also a great idea to figure out the exact number of ounces of water you should drink based on your body weight so that you will never run the risk of being dehydrated. Seem like a lot of work? For example, if an obscenely heavy water bottle (that could give someone a concussion if it hit their head) holds forty ounces, it should be filled as many times as possible to allow the ounces to add up to how much you weigh.
Drinking this much water may seem somewhat absurd, but it is the best way to stay perfectly hydrated. It also has the added benefit of getting one out of class, to refill the water bottle, or needing to use the restroom. Plus, you can decorate your water bottle with stickers from various places, and when you add a new sticker, you can show it to everyone that you see! On a more serious note, better make sure that your water bottle’s metal. You can’t run the risk of using risky plastic bottles: how are you supposed to defend yourself with that dinky little thing.
