“We came out flat, but we progressed to play USO football.” Those were the words Coach Berry had to say about USO and their play Friday night. USO Eagles pulled through in a tough game against the Allderdice Dragons for a 35-15 win. There was excitement through the air as it was Senior Night and the Homecoming game. Things looked rough as the Dragons tooks a 15-0 lead, but the Eagles quickly came back and ended up taking the lead for the win. Akil Young played a great game throwing over 200 yards, one of which led to a touchdown caught by Nick Stallworth. Coach Berry said, “There were too many selfish penalties, but the team was 2 weeks rusty and haven’t played the best football.”

USO is now 3-0 in city play and takes on Westinghouse this Friday at 3:30. Come out and support the team.
