In preparation for the upcoming year, the Obama Youth and Government club is now open to donations. On Sunday, their GoFundMe page officially launched with a goal of $5,000. The money will be used for bussing, accommodation, and enlistment fees, among other things.

“We’re looking forward to having a great year. We’re really excited to build on last year’s success, but we won’t be able to do that without funding. There are a lot of costs we have to think about, so anything helps,” said Club President Kyra Baillie.
