Now that Thanksgiving is over, we can finally start getting ready for the next part of the holiday season! In order to prepare for the upcoming festivities, I made and tested 3 types of cookies to help narrow down the search for the best types of sweet treats to make.

  1.  Christmas Tree Cookies

These iced sugar cookies were okay at best (quite possibly due to user error), but they are a great way to get into the holiday spirit with their endless possibilities for shape and color combinations!

  1. Chocolate Christmas Crinkle Cookies

The Chocolate Christmas Crinkle Cookies, were easy to make, delicious, and a fun way to get into the holiday spirit!  They were a hit with our taste testers and can be modified for whatever holiday you may celebrate.

  1.  White Chocolate Peppermint Cookies

These cookies were absolutely delicious (some teenagers may feel inclined to describe them as “the bomb.com”).  I used chocolate chips instead of white chocolate to boost flavor, and they were incredible. I would highly recommend these for any holiday party.
