Recently, Mr. Delinger’s freshman and sophomore journalism class viewed the 2013 drama movie Words and Pictures, directed by Fred Schepisi. In the film, a high school English class and art class compete to determine once and for all which is truly more effective – words or pictures. Students were then tasked with developing both an original written piece and an original work of art that each conveyed a common theme. The products of several students can be viewed below.
