Located in the basement, room 30, Ms. Hetrick’s Drawing Practice Club is a laid back quiet class. The students practice their skills by free drawing. Ms. Hetrick is very devoted to expanding the abilities of the students. She hates tracing and reprimands anybody she catches cheating. One of the practices included drawing self-portraits from mirrors. “Don’t draw eyes that are in your mind, but the ones in the mirror,” Ms. Hetrick states, as the students struggle to draw themselves. Another practice was re-drawing a picture, but re-drawing it upside down. Some of the students did well and others struggled, but they tried their best to succeed. When the time comes to choose clubs again make sure you join Ms. Hetrick if you want to improve your art skills.
